Maslak Koru

The Maslak Koru project is set to be developed in collaboration with Invest Inşaat and Kiptaş, with a variety of apartment options available on the site of the former IETT Ayazaga Garage. Although details on the project's pricing and payment plans are yet to be announced, further information is expected to be released soon. Located in the Maslak-Ayazaga area, this new project will be one of many significant real estate investments in the vicinity, which also includes hospitals and universities.

The Maslak Koru project, consisting of over 700 apartments, is expected to be completed by the end of 2025 and will feature office units as well. Its location in close proximity to the Vadistanbul Shopping Mall adds to the appeal of this development. Invest Inşaat has previously worked on the Invest Vadi and Vadi Koru projects in the same area.

This project will be constructed on a 49,360 square meter plot of land with an estimated investment of approximately 2 billion Turkish Lira. The location of the Maslak Koru project is particularly advantageous, being in close proximity to areas such as Levent, Etiler, Seyrantepe, Taksim, Besiktas, and Nişantaşı.
