Maslak Koru Project Invest
Invest Inşaat and Kiptaş have teamed up for the development of the Maslak Koru project, which will offer a range of apartment options on the former site of the IETT Ayazaga Garage. Although pricing and payment plans have not yet been revealed, more details are expected to be announced soon. The project will be located in the Maslak-Ayazaga area, an area that is also home to hospitals and universities, making it a significant real estate investment.
With more than 700 apartments and office units, the Maslak Koru project is slated for completion by the end of 2025. Its proximity to the Vadistanbul Shopping Mall makes it even more attractive. Invest Inşaat has previously worked on the Invest Vadi and Vadi Koru projects in the same area. The project will be constructed on a 49,360 square meter plot of land, with an estimated investment of around 2 billion Turkish Lira. The location of the Maslak Koru project is highly advantageous, as it is close to Levent, Etiler, Seyrantepe, Taksim, Besiktas, and Nişantaşı.
